Experience the sound of HU in this group contemplation. This word can bring a sense of balance and peace to your life.
It is a sacred sound that can help you meet life’s challenges. HU, an ancient and once secret name for God, has helped people from all backgrounds throughout time.
Chanting HU can help you:
- Conquer fear and rise above anger
- Experience greater spiritual freedom and joy
- Understand your dreams
- Find answers to your deepest questions.
All are welcome to join us in singing HU.
This pure prayer is simply for the spiritual upliftment of those who come and is not directed to any other purpose.
(We will sing HU for about 20 minutes, followed by a few minutes quiet contemplation)
